The Union Cabinet has authorised building of multi-modal logistics and transport hub at Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh with an estimated price of Rs 3,883.80 crore. The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Wednesday additionally authorised proposals of the Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) for building of assorted trunk infrastructure parts for Krishnapatnam Industrial Area in Andhra Pradesh and Tumakuru Industrial Area in Karnataka at estimated prices of Rs 2,139.44 crore and Rs 1,701.81 crore, respectively.
