    Numerous schools are closed, and exams have been postponed because of the heavy rainfall and thunderstorms. In the Delhi-NCR region, schools, including both public and private institutions, have announced a holiday for September 3rd. The IMD’s orange alert reflects the severity of the weather, which has caused significant disruptions. The Punjab government has also extended the closure of all schools through September 3rd. In Jammu and Kashmir, all exams for Class 10th and 11th slated for September 3rd have been postponed due to weather-related issues. This response will help inform parents, students, and educators.
