On Bigg Boss 19, Amaal Mallik has been sharing details of his life. He discussed a viral post where he declared a break from his family. He indicated the post stemmed from a major argument with his mother, during a difficult period compounded by a serious breakup. Mallik explained, “I had posted something that went viral on the internet. I was depressed. I had severed ties with my family… because there were many news stories. I was starting to feel a sense of identity crisis. I was making songs, but no one would ask me, my own little brother (Armaan Malik) is like my son, but Armaan didn’t make me feel I was a star or you are not. “ The contestant continued: “Mom and I had a big argument that day. So, I posted that I had no relationship… my dog had died, I was going through a serious breakup – that was the trigger.” Earlier this year, Amaal Malik also shared a post on Instagram about dealing with depression.
