Deepika Padukone is preparing for a comeback after her maternity leave. She has several projects lined up and is set to return to filming soon. She will star in Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘King’ and Allu Arjun’s AA22xA6. The actress has committed 100 days to the Allu Arjun and Atlee film, an 800-crore production. Before starting with Allu Arjun, she will work with Shah Rukh Khan on ‘King’. Padukone is expected to begin shooting for the Allu Arjun film in November, where she will perform action sequences in a unique avatar. The director, Atlee, has designed special looks and weaponry for her character, promising a fresh perspective. The film is speculated to involve parallel universes, with Allu Arjun in triple roles. Advanced technology will be utilized, possibly including elements similar to ‘Avatar.’ AA22xA6’s shooting is slated until September 2026, with a planned release in the second half of 2027. Meanwhile, Padukone is expected to begin work on ‘King’ with Shah Rukh Khan in October. These projects mark her return after childbirth, and both films are scheduled to be completed by 2026.
