Don’t Look Up star Jonah Hill says Leonardo DiCaprio ‘made’ him watch The Mandalorian
Actor Jonah Hill has revealed that Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio pressured him to observe the Pedro Pascal-starrer collection The Mandalorian whereas they have been capturing for his or her Netflix film Don’t Look Up.
Hill and DiCaprio, who earlier labored collectively for Martin Scorsese’s 2013 The Wolf of Wall Street, lately reunited for Adam Mckay’s satire drama, which additionally featured Jennifer Lawrence, Meryl Streep and Timothee Chalamet.
During an interview with W Magazine, Hill stated he lived with Leonardo DiCaprio whereas engaged on the movie and they’d spend their time watching movies.
“Leo made me watch The Mandalorian when we were making Don’t Look Up, and it was like, Baby Yoda was so cute, but I just didn’t give a f**k because I didn’t know anything that it was about,” he stated.
Hill revealed that he began watching HBO’s Game of Thrones a “couple of months” again and fell in love with the collection. He stated he has watched until season 4 of the epic fantasy present.
“Game of Thrones is so sick. I do know that is hilarious, as a result of I’m in 2012. I’m simply watching three episodes at a time, such as you would binge any present. But I overlook this occurred in actual time and was like a cultural occasion.
“So I watched the Red Wedding, as one of three episodes I watched that night. I’m calling friends, like, ‘Oh my god, Robb Stark got killed, blah, blah, blah.’ And they’re like, ‘Yeah, dude. It was like the end-of-Sopranos-level cultural event’,” he added.
