The film ‘War 2,’ starring Junior NTR, has reportedly faced significant setbacks, with a budget of ₹400 crore and a collection that has not met expectations. In response, Junior NTR has begun preparations for his next project, ‘Dragon.’ A notable ₹15 crore has been spent on building a vast set intended to resemble a home environment. This set is vital for the storyline and NTR’s character, with the makers meticulously focusing on elements like color schemes and handcrafted decorations.
Prashanth Neel has recently completed a shooting schedule in Kumta, utilizing coastal regions between Mumbai and Mangalore as key backdrops for some scenes. Additional sets are being built in Ramoji Film City. ‘Dragon’ is intended to be a pan-India film, featuring Junior NTR in action, scheduled for release in 2026. Before ‘War 2,’ NTR’s film ‘Devra’ did not perform well.
