“I did not earn much either. My wife was worried about our kids’ future and our life. I believe that was the biggest risk in my life, not this (taking on complex characters),” he mentioned.
Sethupathi mentioned had he failed as an actor, his household’s life would have been “miserable” however the danger paid off.
“Now, I’m in a comfortable place. I’m getting paid well. I can take care of people around me and also take care of my art.”
