crime thriller series murshid: The makers have released the poster of the latest crime thriller series Murshid. Along with this, the release date of the series has also been announced. This series is going to be released on ZEE5 on 30 August. In this, versatile actor KK Menon is playing the role of gangster Murshid. His look looks very dangerous in the poster. In the new poster released, Menon’s look with long hair, black-white beard, speaking eyes and pistol in hand looks really killer. Tanuj Virwani is playing the role of a police inspector in the series. His serious look in the poster is saying a lot.

The series Murshid is the story of a gangster, which has the back drop of Bombay crime world. It is a fictional story but in this the audience can feel the shadow of the events of Bombay of the 80s and 90s and Mumbai till 2021. Apart from KK Menon, Tanuj Virwani, Zakir Hussain, Rajesh Shringarpure, Anang Desai have also played important roles in the 7 episode thriller web series Murshid. Made under the banner of Fathom Pictures and major film production house, the series is written by director Shravan Tiwari, directed by Sandeep Patel, Sachin Bansal and co-produced by Dinesh Arya (executive producer). The music director is Kunal Karan. Murshid will be released on ZEE5 on August 30.

Tanuj Virwani is the son of famous actress Rati Agnihotri. He has played important roles in Amazon’s series Inside Edge, Alt Balaji’s Code M and ZEE5’s most successful show Poison. He is playing the second lead in Murshid.
