Rob Lowe to star in and govt produce Netflix household movie ‘Dog Gone’

LOS ANGELES: Emmy-nominated actor Rob Lowe is about to characteristic in streaming platform Netflix upcoming household film “Dog Gone”.
According to Deadline, the movie relies on the guide “Dog Gone: A Lost Pet’s Extraordinary Journey and the Family Who Brought Him Home” by Pauls Toutonghi.
It revolves across the true story of a father and son who work on their fractured relationship throughout a pressured hike of the Appalachian path to search out their beloved misplaced canine.
Lowe may even function govt producer on “Dog Gone”, his second mission with Netflix after romantic comedy film “Holiday in the Wild”.
Stephen Herek is directing the movie, whereas Nick Santora has penned the script.
“The Big Sick” producer Jeremy Kipp Walker is producing “Dog Gone” for Story Ink.
