She explained how a person started banging on the bonnet of her car and making offensive actions, supported by others who were cheering and chanting slogans. This incident took place twice within a short time. Sumona felt helpless, particularly due to the absence of police presence in a busy area. She stated she felt unsafe and pointed out her rights as a responsible and tax-paying citizen to feel safe in her own city.
