‘The Drew Barrymore Show’ renewed for season 2

LOS ANGELES: Actor Drew Barrymore’s daytime speak present has acquired a second season renewal at CBS.
The present, which premiered September 14, has featured star-studded visitors together with Cameron Diaz, Anne Hathaway and Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
Steve LoCascio, president of CBS Media Ventures, on Wednesday stated “The Drew Barrymore Show” turned each impediment into a possibility and was a much-needed dose of optimism for viewers in the course of the coronavirus pandemic.
“The show truly embodies Drew’s spirit, and we’re thrilled to be able to continue to provide our stations and viewers with another high-quality season this fall,” LoCascio stated in assertion to Entertainment Weekly.
Barrymore stated she is wanting ahead to returning for the internet hosting gig.
“We launched this present in a pandemic, which made for a loopy, fantastic journey I by no means anticipated.
This is my dream job, and I really feel so fortunate to get to do that for one more 12 months.
I’m so grateful to CBS Media Ventures and all our station companions for believing in us,” she added.
The second season of “The Drew Barrymore Show” will air later this 12 months.
