As per the directions of Collector Mr. Pushpendra Kumar Meena, below the steering of Deputy Commissioner Excise Officer Nohar Singh Thakur and District Excise Officer Ashok Singh, two separate instances have been arrange by the Excise Department by taking fast motion on the data of sale and transportation of unlawful liquor. In which the accused Asharam Yadav’s father Gangaram Yadav Sakin-Moharenga police station Nandini Nagar was registered in opposition to him and despatched to jail after investigation. He has 76 items of pav nation liquor Masala in a black bag and 78 items of pav overseas liquor Goa in a brown bag. The capability of every pav is 180 ml. The whole amount seized was 27.72 bulk litres. Similarly, accused Dushyant Chandrakar A. Self. Total 151.2 from residential home of Mahendra Singh Chandrakar Sakin village Tarra – B.L. Country liquor, spice, airplane was recovered and a case was registered in opposition to the stated accused and the accused was taken into judicial remand for motion.
Assistant District Excise Officer Ms. Jeba Khan, Deepak Kumar Thakur, Ashok Agarwal, Excise Deputy Inspector Neelam Swarnakar, Bhuneshwar Singh Sengar, Swati Chaurasia, Ramanand Dewan Excise Chief Constable Prahlad Singh Rajput, Ashok Verma and Excise Constable Vijay Verma, Fagi Tandon, within the proceedings. Ashok Verma, Dev Prasad Patel, feminine constable Sangeeta Dhuv and driver J. Deepak Raju, Durgesh Kurre and Nohar Sahu have been current through the proceedings. By taking motion on March 01 Ch. Under the sections of the Excise Act 1915, 178.92 bulk liters of liquor have been seized in a complete of 02 instances.
