On Wednesday, a joint team of Kotwali, Traffic and Municipal Corporation again launched a comprehensive campaign to remove encroachment from Jail Tiraha to ELC. The purpose of this action was to make the traffic system smooth and restore public facilities by removing illegal encroachment on public places.
Legal action taken against ‘Fauji Fruit’
During the campaign, legal action was taken against ‘Fauji Fruit’ under the possibility of disturbing peace. Police station Kotwali took strict action against the concerned persons by taking action under 170 BNSS. Apart from this, while removing encroachment at Jain Chaat located at Fawara Chowk, the tin set installed illegally was demolished.

Legal action of bound over was taken against the encroachers. Such action will continue continuously by the Municipal Corporation and Traffic Police so that illegal encroachment can be removed from all parts of the city and common citizens can get smooth traffic and facilities.
