Folk artists honored in Shilp Sanskriti Mandai – Lok Shakti.in1 min read
A 3-day Shilp Sanskriti Mandai 2023 was organized from 25 to 27 February beneath the joint aegis of Culture Department and Lokdhara Cultural Institute, Raipur. On this event, exhibition and cultural applications of Madai, Gaura-Gauri Bihav, Jaitkham, costumes, Shringar jewelry, Rachuli Jhula have been organized on the primary day for preservation, promotion and sustainable growth of conventional people artwork, tradition. Along with this, people tune Pandwani by Smt. Shanti Bai Chelak, Bharthari by Smt. Rekha Jalakshetri, Nacha Gammat by Shri Bholaram and Shivbhola Nach Party Thakurtola have been offered.
On the second day Jasgeet, Lokgeet, Karma, Dadriya and varied cultural applications have been offered. Similarly, on the third day, felicitation ceremony of Baramasi cultural people artists was organized. The exhibition was noticed by the director of tradition division Mr. Vivek Acharya. During this, the artists cordially welcomed the director Mr. Acharya and offered mementos. Director Mr. Acharya honored the invited company and artists with shawls, mementoes.
