Mungeli. The police have arrested the accused who made a pornographic video of a young woman viral in the city Kotwali police station area of the district. The accused has been identified as Adarsh Singh, who has been arrested under the Poxo Act and IT Act and sent to jail on judicial remand.
According to the police, accused Adarsh Singh befriended the victim two years ago through Snapchat. During this time, he won the confidence of the girl and recorded her pornographic video. After this, he started pressuring the victim to make a physical relationship by making the video based on the video. When the girl opposed this, the accused violated her privacy and made her family viral.
After this embarrassing act, the family of the victim lodged a complaint at the City Kotwali police station. As soon as the complaint was received, the police arrested the accused, showing readiness and a case was registered against him under serious provisions.
