The funeral procession of the deceased started from Badli Mohalla of Maksi on Thursday afternoon amid heavy security arrangements. In which a large number of Muslim community members participated.
The funeral procession reached Masjid Chowk via Jain Mandir Road. Here the funeral prayers were offered. After this, the funeral procession was taken to the graveyard located at Talab Ki Baal and will be buried there. It is worth mentioning that on Wednesday night, there was a dispute between two parties in Maksi. In which bullets were fired and stones were also pelted.

Nine people were injured in the dispute, out of which one Amjad son of Majeed, aged 40 years, resident of Maksi, has died. The condition of Junaid, resident of Maksi, remains critical and he is undergoing treatment in Indore. Apart from this, the other seven injured are also undergoing treatment.
