A tragic event in Patna has claimed the lives of three members of a single family: a father and his two sons. The community is reeling from the unexpected deaths, and the police have launched an investigation.

The incident occurred in Karhara village, located within the Sigori police station area of Paliganj sub-division. The family’s health deteriorated after consuming golgappe. One of the sons died shortly after the onset of the illness. The local authorities provided initial treatment.

Reports suggest the family had visited a fair in Chandaus, Paliganj, where they ate golgappe. They also ate a meal after returning home. Later that night, all three experienced severe stomach pain and rapidly declining health. One of them died at home.

Neeraj and Nirbhay Kumar were rushed to the Paliganj sub-divisional hospital, later transferred to PMCH. Unfortunately, both passed away this morning at PMCH.

The deceased have been identified as Neeraj Saw, along with his sons Nirmal Kumar, 8, and Nirbhay Kumar, 4. The village community is in shock and mourning. The exact cause of death is yet to be determined. Local police and the FSL team are investigating the scene.

Police suspect food poisoning as a possible cause. The final determination will be made after the post-mortem examination. The police are thoroughly investigating the case.
