    Western Railway Ratlam Division Public Relations Officer Khemraj Meena said this while answering questions from readers on the Hello Naiduniya program on Tuesday.

    Public Relations Officer Meena said that the railway takes full care of the facilities of the passengers. Policemen and TTs are present in the trains for the safety of the passengers, so that the passengers can travel comfortably without any problem.

    Single female travellers are taken care of

    Complete care is taken of the safety of women travelling alone in trains. Under Operation Meri Saheli, women security personnel contact women travelling alone and ask about the problems and inconveniences they face during the journey. If a woman passenger needs any kind of help, then it is resolved by the women security personnel so that the woman can have a comfortable journey.
