Raipur. The government has constituted a single member inquiry commission to investigate the case of damage to the Jaitkham. This inquiry commission constituted under the chairmanship of retired finance judge CB Bajpai will investigate the case on six points.
How did the incident of destruction of Jaitkham situated in village Mahkoni, Amargufa under district Balodabazar take place on the midnight of 15th and 16th May 2024? What were the circumstances or reasons due to which the incident took place? Who are the persons responsible for the said incident? Other issues related to the incident before, during and after the incident? Suggestions and measures regarding security and administrative steps to be taken so that such incidents are not repeated in future? Other such important points which the Inquiry Commission wants to bring to the notice of the government.
