Ranchi: Governor CP Radhakrishna called Champai Soren and Alamgir Alam to Raj Bhavan and invited them to form the government. Late night Champai Soren and Alamgir Alam went to Raj Bhavan. The Governor has invited to form the government, the swearing in ceremony will take place tomorrow. Champai Soren will become the new Chief Minister of the state.
