‘Haiwaan’ is being directed by Priyadarshan, who also directed the original film. The film crew recently finished an outdoor shoot in Ooty. A prominent actress shared exciting details about the filming, while appreciating the performances of Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan.
Filming for ‘Haiwaan’ initially took place in Kochi, Vagamon, and Ooty. After the outdoor shoot, Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan returned. Vamsi Kaka shared photos on X, confirming the outdoor shooting was completed in scenic locations. The team has now relocated to Mumbai for the next phase of filming. Besides the lead actors, Saiyami Kher and Shriya Pilgaonkar are also part of the project.
Actress Saiyami Kher, who was present in Ooty, discussed her positive experience and working with the leading actors. Her performance also caught the eye of the filmmakers. She also appeared in Sunny Deol’s ‘Jaat’ earlier this year, where she portrayed a police officer.
Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan have previously appeared together in ‘Tashan’, ‘Main Khiladi Tu Anari’, ‘Yeh Dillagi’, ‘Tu Chor Main Sipahi’ and ‘Keemat’. The film’s release is anticipated in 2026.
