Along with this, the Education Department is now going to start a new process “hand over-tech over”.

He informed that the School Education Department will run “Pravesh Utsav Abhiyan” on 1 April. In this campaign, Chief Minister, ministers, MLAs and public representatives will be appealed to join. The School Education Minister said, “We want all people to communicate with children and their parents and encourage them to enroll in government schools. This campaign will be different from any political background and its only goal is to increase the number of children in government schools.

Nursery classes will start in more and more government schools

Madhya Pradesh School Education Minister Uday Pratap Singh has said that all efforts are being made to increase the number of children in government schools. He said that many steps are being taken by the Education Department for this. Nursery classes have been introduced in government schools under the new education policy. He informed that so far nursery classes have been started in 5000 government schools of the state. There is a plan to expand these classes in more schools, so that children can be admitted to government schools from a young age.

Admission festival will run at the state level

With this, “Praveshotsav” will be celebrated across the state on 1 April. Through this campaign, the Education Department will try to connect children and their parents with government schools. All ministers, MLAs and other public representatives including the Chief Minister will also be invited to attend the entrance festival, so that the campaign can be successful on a wide scale. With this, the limit of completing the age of six years is being done on 30th September instead of 30 April.

‘Hand over-tech over’ process will be started

The Education Department is also going to start a new process “hand over – take over”. Under this, the headmaster of primary schools will be given the responsibility to hand over TC and other documents of children passing fifth to the middle school headmaster. Similarly, the head of middle school will do this process in high school. Participation of teachers and employees of the department will also be ensured in this process of “hand over-tech over”. The minister said that this will make the transfer of children between schools smooth and there will be no disruption in their studies.
