    Navdunia representative, Harda. During Ganesh immersion in Khirkiya located in Chhipabad police station area of ​​the district, a dispute broke out between two parties at around 3 o’clock on Tuesday night. As the dispute escalated, it led to a fight and stabbing between them.

    Four youths were attacked with knives, in which Rohit son of Balwant Singh Chauhan (27 years), resident of Subhash Ward Khirkiya, died. Rishabh Pasi, Deepak Kewat and another youth were seriously injured. The police surrounded the area and arrested the accused Adarsh, Ravi and Ishwar. The postmortem of the deceased youth’s body was conducted in the district hospital on Wednesday morning. After the postmortem, the body of the youth was handed over to his relatives.

    City Kotwali in-charge Prahlad Singh Merscole said that there was a dispute between two parties over an old rivalry. A case of assault was registered immediately after the dispute. After the death of the youth on Wednesday morning, a case has been registered under various sections including murder.

    Police said that there had been a dispute between the youths of both the sides earlier also. On Tuesday night, during the Ganesh Visarjan procession, the youths again came face to face. First there was an argument between them, then a scuffle broke out. After the dispute escalated, a stabbing incident took place.

    After the incident, SP Abhinav Chokse alerted the police of Harda and Chhipabad police stations and directed them to search for the accused. Several police teams were active in Khirkiya, Chhipabad and Harda. Finally, three accused were arrested.
