Alkem Laboratories delivered a mixed set of numbers for the March quarter of FY26, with revenue climbing 14.6 percent to ₹3,603 crore while net profit fell 27.7 percent to ₹236 crore. The profit contraction was largely due to a ₹135 crore one-time loss recorded during the period. EBITDA grew 32.2 percent to ₹517 crore, lifting margins to 14.4 percent. The company has recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per share for FY26, with the record date fixed for August 7 and payment commencing September 1 after shareholder approval. Alkem also announced the appointment of Madhurima Singh as Executive Director for a five-year term from December 20. The performance reflects the company’s ability to expand its top line and improve operational profitability even while absorbing non-recurring charges that impacted net earnings.
