Delhi Court’s clean chit to AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia in the CBI liquor policy scam has provoked fiery reactions across the political spectrum. Amid the uproar, Azamgarh SP MP Dharmendra Yadav on Friday branded the Modi government as perpetrators of vendetta against dissenters.
“Today’s ruling vindicates the opposition, revealing the extent of harassment orchestrated by the regime,” Yadav asserted emphatically. “AAP’s ordeal warrants an official atonement from those responsible.”
He linked it to broader concerns, invoking the Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand controversy. “Probe agencies operate under whose influence? Yogi ji’s assembly diatribe against a sacred figure sets the tone—UP bureaucrats will align accordingly. The Shankaracharya embodies Sanatan Dharma’s apex; tarnishing him is unacceptable to any faithful. SP stands in solidarity.”
Turning to local matters, Yadav detailed his no-nonsense approach to Azamgarh’s advancement. “Elected MP, I’ve tackled issues head-on, sans media circus,” he noted. “Interactions with ministers remain low-key until outcomes materialize, at which point I disseminate the good news to the masses.”
Key achievements: Pushing for CSD facilities post-Rajnath Singh engagement and ring road momentum after Gadkari’s nod. “We’ve upheld our responsibilities; Azamgarh voters will verify efficacy,” he challenged. “Promises abound, but socialists have tangibly transformed the region—locals know the truth.”
Yadav’s broadside underscores escalating tensions, framing judicial wins as ammunition in the fight against alleged political persecution.
