Jharkhand High Court: The court of Justice Ambuj Nath of Ranchi-Jharkhand High Court on Wednesday heard the petition challenging the order challenging the Jhavimo (Jharkhand Vikas Morcha) to approve the merger of BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) in BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party). The court heard the intervention petition of BJP MLA Babulal Marandi and accepted the request and granted permission to form a defendant in the case. Now the court will hear this case after summer vacation. Earlier, intervening petition, Babulal Marandi had requested to allow a defendant to be made in the case, which was accepted by the court.
Pradeep Yadav has filed a petition
Applicant Pradeep Yadav has filed a petition. In March 2020, the Election Commission issued a letter. The Commission had seized Jhavimo’s existence as ending its election symbol comb. According to the Commission, the then Jhavimo chief Babulal Marandi had informed through a letter in this regard that the organization has been merged with the BJP.

Babulal Marandi’s decision was opposed
Opposing this decision of Babulal Marandi, two MLAs Bandhu Tirkey and Pradeep Yadav joined the Congress. Pradeep Yadav, challenging this merger, filed a petition in the Jharkhand High Court.
