    Pakistan and the Pakistan-administered Kashmir (PoK) have been struck by severe weather, with torrential rainfall triggering devastating floods. The catastrophic event has claimed the lives of at least 154 people, and a large number of individuals are still missing. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province has been particularly hard hit by the disaster, with cloudbursts and powerful floodwaters causing loss of life and infrastructure damage across multiple districts.

    Local sources have provided details of the casualties, including 75 deaths in the Buner district, 17 in Mansehra, and 18 each in Bajaur and Batagram districts. In Lower Dir, five people died and four were injured. Swat and Shangla have also reported fatalities.
