Chief Minister Hemant Soren, while residing in a village environment, is focused on serving the public. He is presently in his ancestral village, नेमरा (Nemra), simultaneously performing the duties of a son and the responsibilities of his office. He is participating in local traditions and rituals related to the श्राद्ध कर्म (shraddha) of his late father, the late दिशोम गुरु शिबू सोरेन (Dishom Guru Shibu Soren). He is also actively involved in the state’s development and administrative duties. Despite the rural setting, he remains engaged, reviewing files, making decisions, and communicating with officials via phone and video conferencing.
