Before committing the murder, the accused husband subjected the deceased to soul-shattering brutality. The accused has been arrested in the case. This matter is of Bagicha police station area.
According to the information, the couple living in Sardhapath village had gone to the girl’s house in Kurhatepana village of Bagicha. While returning from here, there was a dispute between the two regarding some matter. After which the wife said that I will marry again. Due to this the husband got angry and lost his temper.
The accused remained sitting near the dead body throughout the night
The husband first forcibly raped his wife in anger. Then he injured his wife by inserting radish and stick in her private part. When the accused husband was not satisfied with this barbarity, he strangled his wife to death. The accused remained sitting near the dead body throughout the night.
When the villagers saw the dead body of the woman, they informed the police. The police took possession of the body after conducting Panchnama and arrested the accused husband. At present the police is busy in further action.
