Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) will be passing the entire advantage of the recent cuts in GST rates on vehicles to its customers, which will take effect from September 22, 2025, the same date when the revised GST rates will be implemented. As a result, Hyundai customers throughout India can now purchase their preferred Hyundai models at reduced prices, potentially leading to an increase in vehicle sales during the festive season.

With the price reductions, Hyundai’s entire range of passenger vehicles will become more affordable. The Hyundai Creta N Line sees the largest price cut of ₹71,762. The entry-level Grand i10 Nios will be cheaper by ₹73,808, while the Aura will be ₹78,465, the i20 ₹98,053, and the Exter ₹89,209 cheaper. The i20 N Line will be ₹108,116 cheaper, while the Venue will see a price reduction of ₹123,659.

    | Venue | ₹1,23,659 | 22 September 2025 |
    | Venue N Line | ₹1,19,390 | 22 September 2025 |
    | Verna | ₹60,640 | 22 September 2025 |
    | Creta | ₹72,145 | 22 September 2025 |
    | Creta N Line | ₹71,762 | 22 September 2025 |
    | Alcazar | ₹75,376 | 22 September 2025 |
    | Tucson | ₹2,40,303 | 22 September 2025 |

The Venue N Line will also experience a price reduction of ₹119,390. Hyundai Verna, Creta, Alcazar, and Tucson will see price cuts of ₹60,640, ₹72,145, ₹75,376, and ₹240,303, respectively.

Notably, this price adjustment does not extend to Hyundai electric vehicles, as the GST Council has not changed the GST rates for electric cars. Consequently, Hyundai electric cars in India will remain priced as before.

Mr. Unsoo Kim, Managing Director, Hyundai Motor India Limited, stated, “We sincerely appreciate the progressive and visionary step by the Government of India to reduce GST on vehicles. These reforms will not only boost the auto sector but will also be a strong step towards empowering millions of customers by making personal transportation more affordable and accessible.”
