Naiduniya representative, Indore. The land mafia had opened fire on the Tehsildar and Patwari who had come to remove the encroachment from the land of Aurobindo Hospital. The guards of the land mafia fired about 28 bullets and the officers had to run away to save their lives. A case was registered in the Banganga police station in this matter, but the administration’s bulldozer has not been used till now on the illegal encroachments of the land mafia.
Even after two days, action against the land mafia is awaited. The two guards who opened fire, Jai Kumar and Jaideep Mishra, were arrested by the police on August 15 and their guns were also confiscated.
One guard Pradeep Mishra has been arrested on the first day itself, while Suresh Patel is still at large. The occupant Suresh Patel is still roaming around outside. Even after two days, the administration’s bulldozer has not been used on the illegal construction and encroachment.

Suresh Patel and others have encroached upon 7 acres of land of Arvindo Hospital. On the court’s direction, revenue officials had arrived to evict the encroachers from the hospital land. During this, the guards opened fire with a 12 bore gun. After the firing, Malharganj Tehsildar Shaival Singh and the Patwari had to return from the spot.
Action under NSA is being taken against the accused. Apart from this, notices have been issued after identifying the illegal constructions of Suresh Patel and others. Action will be taken against illegal constructions soon.
