Immigration Hold for Yordanis Cobos-Martinez Following Beheading of Indian Man in Dallas

Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, a 37-year-old with a history of violent crimes, has been arrested and placed on an immigration hold following the beheading of Chandra Nagamallaiah in Dallas. The gruesome murder took place at the Downtown Suites motel on September 10, where Nagamallaiah was the manager. The initial conflict, according to police, was triggered by a dispute over a broken washing machine. Cobos-Martinez allegedly stabbed Nagamallaiah multiple times before the fatal attack, which was witnessed by his wife and son. Cobos-Martinez, who was recently released from police custody despite a removal order, admitted to the killing.
