Dhankhar has confirmed that this motion also fulfills the required numerical threshold. He inquired with Law Minister Arjum Ram Meghwal regarding a similar motion in the Lok Sabha. Justice Varma has moved the Supreme Court to challenge the findings of the inquiry committee, citing lack of fair opportunity.
