    Naiduniya representative, Indore. Police has taken action under State Security Act (NSA) against four miscreants who broke the glass of vehicles under the influence of alcohol. On Thursday, the Commissioner Court passed an order against the accused and said that all three will have to do duty at a crossroad for three hours every Saturday.

    During the restriction period, one will not be able to consume alcohol and other intoxicants. Banganga police had arrested the accused Dharmendra Kuril (Jaihind Nagar), Nishil Khatri (Chhoti Kumharkhadi), Deepanshu Srivastava (Vrindavan Colony) and Jitendra alias Jeetu Rajput (Yadav Nagar) a few days ago. The accused, under the influence of alcohol, threatened people in Vrindavan Colony and vandalized five vehicles.

    Zone-3 DCP Hansraj Singh had presented the case against the accused in the court of Police Commissioner Rakesh Gupta under the Madhya Pradesh State Security Act, 1990. The court, while hearing the police, passed the order on Thursday under Section 3 (1) (a) (g).

    The court has ordered the four accused to be present at Lavkush Chauraha every Saturday from 6 pm to 9 pm. The court also said that the respondents will not consume alcohol and other intoxicants during the restriction period. The concerned police station in-charge will check on the accused from time to time.
