When the youth who owned the scooter tried to intervene, the scoundrels got enraged. The miscreants killed the young man by attacking him with knives. The young man ran here and there to escape, but the miscreants kept attacking with the knife.
The incident took place late on Sunday night in front of Bappa Hotel, Kanchghar. In this case, on Monday, Ghamapur police registered a case of murder against the accused. Three accused have been taken into custody. When a young man returning late on Sunday night after celebrating Dussehra stopped the miscreants from drinking liquor on the road, the miscreants first beat him up and then attacked him with knives. The young man suffered serious injuries and died on the spot.
Naveen Sharma (42), resident of Kanchghar Housing Board Colony, used to do a private job. He had gone to watch the Kanchghar Dussehra procession on Sunday night. At around 1 o’clock in the night, he reached the transformer in front of Bappa Hotel. Naveen’s scooter was parked there, on which Sunny Cole, Harshit Gautam, Aman Chaudhary and others were sitting and drinking alcohol.
Naveen died on the spot
When Naveen asked all four to move away from the scooter, all four got angry. Started arguing with Naveen. Beat him up. During this, the accused took out a knife kept nearby. After that Naveen was attacked several times one after the other. Naveen fell there drenched in blood. Died on the spot due to excessive bleeding. During this time the accused fled from there. As soon as the information was received, family members and police reached the spot.
Wife is upset, children are crying badly
As soon as the news of Naveen’s murder broke, wife Nikita became inconsolable. After conducting the postmortem of the body on Monday, the police handed over the body to the family. When Naveen’s last journey left the house, Nikita ran behind him. Nikita was repeatedly calling her husband with 3 year old innocent daughter Vidhi in her lap. Naveen’s son Vishesh was also in bad condition and was crying. Whoever saw this scene, his eyes became moist.
