The Meteorological Department has said that the maximum temperature can increase from 2 to 3 degrees centigrade in 2 days. The temperature of Jamshedpur is estimated to reach 41 degrees on Sunday (16 March 2025). The Meteorological Department has released Yellow Alert of Heat Wave in East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, Saraikela-Kharsawan, Bokaro and Dhanbad districts.
