RJD leader and former Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav has confirmed that the INDIA alliance will convene at the residence of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge to address concerns surrounding the Special Intensive Review (SIR) exercise. Letters are being circulated to all the senior leaders within the alliance to notify them about the meeting.
Tejashwi Yadav, while addressing the media, clarified that the alliance has no objections to the SIR exercise but strongly opposes the way it’s being carried out, which they believe undermines democracy. He reaffirmed the alliance’s commitment to fighting against it and the meeting at Kharge’s residence on July 19th.
