Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi also welcomed devotees, encouraging them to participate in the Rath Yatra with faith. The annual festival, commencing today in Puri, involves pulling the chariots of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Goddess Subhadra to the Gundicha Temple, an event that draws massive crowds each year.
