Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar on Tuesday stated that the Centre failed to manage the tractor march going out of fingers within the nationwide capital. He stated farmers from Punjab, Haryana, western Uttar Pradesh held protest in a disciplined method however the authorities did not take them significantly. Police, farmers injured in violence being handled at Lok Nayak
