In a shocking act of violence, a 25-year-old tech professional in Bengaluru has been arrested for allegedly murdering a 33-year-old woman. The incident occurred on June 6th in an OYO hotel room. The victim, Harini, and the accused, Yashas, lived in Kenegeri and were reportedly involved in a relationship. Harini’s decision to end the relationship is believed to have triggered the attack, resulting in her being stabbed 17 times. The Subramanyapura Police Station is investigating the case. Earlier, in April, the Electronic City Police in Bengaluru arrested a man accused of murdering his wife, highlighting a recurring pattern of violent crime.
