Kumar methodically reviewed departmental displays prior to proceedings, with a detailed stop at the Education pavilion. There, he assessed specialized amenities: empowerment zones for the specially-abled, experimental science facilities, creative art studios, tech-savvy smart rooms, career-oriented vocational labs, inventive Atal Tinkering spaces, digital ICT hubs, green eco-clubs, mock youth assemblies, athletic zones, expert Nipun classrooms, and foundational balwadi programs—reflecting Bihar’s educational overhaul.
Prominent figures in attendance included Deputies Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, plus ministers Vijay Kumar Choudhary, Bijendra Prasad Yadav, Sunil Kumar, Ashok Choudhary, Ramkripal Yadav, Deepak Prakash, and Lakhrendra Kumar Raushan, underscoring governmental synergy.
