Bihar extends Covid-19 lockdown until May 25
The Bihar authorities on Thursday prolonged the continued Covid-19 lockdown throughout the state for 10 days until May 25 to curb the unfold of the novel coronavirus.
“Reviewed the lockdown in Bihar with colleagues in the council of ministers and officials. The positive outcome of the lockdown is evident. Hence, a decision has been taken to extend the lockdown by another 10 days, from May 16 to 25,” Chief Minister Nitish Kumar mentioned in a tweet in Hindi.
