Bihar: Jitan Ram Manjhi claims one other minister, MLC berth for get together

Amid political posturing from the Opposition RJD and Congress, former Bihar chief minister and Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) head Jitan Ram Manjhi has pressed declare for an additional ministerial berth and an MLC place for his get together.
