A dialogue was held in Delhi by the Department of Industry to engage investors regarding the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Package 2025 (BIPP-2025). The event featured the Industry Minister Nitish Mishra as the chief guest, alongside other key officials. Additional Chief Secretary Mihir Kumar Singh presented details on the policy framework and investment incentives, which include free land allocation, financial incentives, and actions to bolster the business environment. Minister Nitish Mishra highlighted the importance of the BIPP-2025, stating it would draw in investment and create jobs for the state’s youth, thereby helping Bihar become a leading industrial state on a global scale. BIADA Managing Director Shri Kundan Kumar noted that it would improve conditions for entrepreneurs and spur job creation and economic growth. The session concluded with officials answering questions and emphasizing how the BIPP-2025, with its provisions for free land, financial incentives, and a robust business climate, aims to transform Bihar’s industrial sector. The new package follows the BIADA Amnesty Policy 2025. The Secretary of the Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, Shri B. Kartikeya Dhanji, offered a vote of thanks to the participants.
