In a barbaric incident reported from the Katihar district of Bihar, a mob allegedly tortured two minors and forced them into a marriage against their will. The event occurred in the remote Ghat Tola village. Reports suggest that the boy and girl were intercepted by locals, leading to an immediate gathering of a hostile crowd. The minors were not only physically assaulted but were also subjected to public shaming rituals. The boy’s head was shaved as a form of symbolic punishment.
