A passenger has reported the theft of money from their luggage while traveling on an Air India flight between Patna and Delhi. The passenger, identified as Nandkumar Tiwari of Buxar district, alleged that Rs 22,800 was stolen from their checked-in bag, leaving behind only Rs 2,000. The passenger said the incident took place in April. The passenger then filed a complaint to the police and the Air Seva portal. The passenger’s son also filed a complaint via email to Air India, Patna Airport Police Station, the Delhi Air India team, and the Air Seva portal to report the incident. The authorities have confirmed that they have received a complaint and are investigating the matter. The Airport police station in charge has confirmed that a complaint has been filed, and an investigation is underway, including scanning of the baggage as requested by the passenger. Police officials have stated that appropriate action will be taken.
