The incident involved a trailer, a container, and a magic vehicle, all of which crashed into a hotel. The accident resulted in the death of a cook who was inside the hotel. The trailer, reportedly carrying tiles from Gujarat to Jharkhand, first struck a container and a van before careening into the Radha Krishna Hotel, causing significant damage.
