Chhattisgarh: Four workers injured in fire at Bhilai Steel Plant

DURG: Four workers had been injured when a hearth broke out in a little bit of Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) in Chhattisgarh’s Durg district on Tuesday, an official said.
The incident befell spherical 3.15 pm, when the victims had been working in steel melting retailer (SMS) no.2 on the plant in Bhilai metropolis, a public relations officer of the plant said.
Four contractual workers sustained burn accidents inside the incident, he said.
The blaze was shortly doused and an enquiry has been initiated to ascertain the set off for it, the official added.
As per a press launch issued by the plant administration, the fireside broke out inside the water and air tunnel house of caster no.6 of the steel melting retailer.
“This caused burn injuries to four contractual labourers working there,” it said.
