Spearheaded by Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, these changes target key departments and districts for optimal performance.
Highlighting the reshuffle, Richa Sharma is now Additional Chief Secretary for Panchayat and Rural Development Department. Manoj Kumar Pingua assumes the same role in Forest and Climate Change, while CM Principal Secretary Subodh Kumar Singh takes on Energy Department.

Ankit Anand continues Housing and Environment Secretary. Bhuvnesh Yadav moves to Planning, Economics, Statistics; S Bharatdasan to Tourism, Culture, Endowments.
Shammi Abidi as Revenue and Disaster Management Secretary, Basavaraj S. for Skill Development, Technical Education, Employment. Mohammad Kaiser Abdul Haq retains Public Health Engineering Secretary plus Jal Jeevan Mission Director.
Village Industries Secretary Rajesh Singh Rana, Cooperative Commissioner/Registrar Mahadev Kawre. Raipur Division Commissioner Shyam Lal Dhwade, CREDA CEO Saransh Mittar.
Excise Commissioner Padum Singh Elma, NHM MD Sanjeev Kumar Jha.
