BILASPUR: Chhattisgarh minister TS Singh Deo’s relative Veerbhadra Pratap Singh (42), a Janpad panchayat consultant, was discovered lifeless close to railway tracks in Bilaspur district on Friday with police suspecting he may need fallen off by chance from the Durg-Ambikapur Express prepare through which he was travelling.
